What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as tapping, is a simple and powerful process that involves tapping specific meridians, that are typically used in acupuncture.

First in our session, we would unpack the issue that is bothering you, get to the gist/ nub of the problem. Then, just as you see in the videos further down this page, I would tap, using the words from what you have shared about the issue.  And then you would simply repeat my words and tap.  It is as simple as that. 

The way it works is – we have thoughts, feeling and memories storied in our system, and unresolved, unprocessed material from our past. It is like our memories get stuck in our bodies. So tapping is like decluttering things we no longer need in our psysche

The intention is to free ourselves from the past so we can be free to live a happier and more fulfilling life and become the person we were born to be. 

Tapping can be used for a wider variety of issues including anxiety, stress, anger, relationship issues, depression, weight issues, phobias, and generally just feeling stuck and not able to take actions that would enhance your life

It is an incredibly powerful and simple technique. As you learn it, you can use it yourself, and I have used it for years myself.

In our sessions, we will work gently and we will go deep.  The intention is radical transformation and deep healing.
