Compassionate Women
As women, most of us learnt to care for other people, to be kind to other people, to be considerate of other people, to respect other people, and to look out for other people… sound familiar? For the majority of us, no one taught us the importance and value of being kind, respectful, considerate and caring towards ourselves.
With that in mind, this course is all about developing a positive relationship with yourself. Some of the topics include:
- Empathy
- Mindfulness
- Gratitude
- Self-compassion
This 8 hour course can be delivered in person or online via Zoom, over 4 or 2 sessions (4 x 2 hours or 2 x 4 hours). It is perfect for a women’s group as the participation and sharing can really build a sense of community and connection within the group.
Life can feel so different when you develop self-compassion. As well as feeling more relaxed and happier within yourself, it also allows you to develop emotional resilience so you are better equipped to deal with life’s challenges.
Practicing self-compassion also allows you to open heartedly meet others just where they are, which can really enhance your relationships with those around you and the world at large.
