About Sara

Sara is a Life coach and Wellbeing Facilitator with a wealth of training and experience with many different projects and groups. She has been involved in Personal Development and Growth for the past 30 years and is passionate about people becoming free of past conditioning, becoming all that they were born to be, and reaching their potential in all aspects of their life.

Sara has completed in-depth training in Lifecoaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, often called tapping), Non-Violent Communication (often called Compassionate Communication) and Mindfulness. She has been on her own journey with mental health issues, including depression and anxiety. In overcoming these challenges, she learned a vast range of tools, techniques and practices, all of which she now brings to her work in helping others.

Sara is passionate about helping people free themselves of past conditioning, becoming all that they were born to be, and reaching their potential in all aspects of their life

The intention behind all of Sara’s work is to help you develop a positive relationship with yourself. This will also enhance your relationships with family, friends, and the world at large.

Everyone has their own unique take on life, and it is about working together to help you let go of habits and patterns that may be holding you back. The journey is about taking gentle steps and moving forward towards a happier and more fulfilling life.

Sara offers one to one life coaching and also designs and facilitates wellbeing courses.
