Journey to Calm

This course is designed to help you develop tools to release stress/anxiety and to help you feel calmer and better able to deal with life.
This 8 hour program is delivered online via Zoom, over four or two sessions (4 x 2 hours or 2 x 4 hours).

Each week we will:

  • Learn about mindfulness and its many benefits for our mental wellbeing.
  • Learn how practicing gratitude can help you to feel more positive emotions.
  • Explore what happens when we’re stressed, because understanding stress can help us develop self-awareness and self-compassion

Over the course of the program, you will learn lots of techniques to release stress and feel calmer and better able to deal with life. We will look at what is within our control to change and then we will use EFT (tapping), a simple yet powerful practice that will help us to bring about those changes. 

One of the core foundations of this program is self-compassion, because developing a positive relationship with yourself is the first step to improving your confidence and self-esteem.

In the final session, we will explore and identify our strengths and our supports, and what makes our hearts sing. This program is about helping you to feel good about yourself, because making positive changes in your life begins from a place of self love and acceptance.
