Hello all,

How are you today? My passion is personal growth, and I’m excited to share the insights from my own journey through sessions and courses. We all have incredible potential, but sometimes, our own limiting beliefs and childhood experiences hold us back.

I love this quote of  Viktor Frankl – “Between stimulus and response, there is a space.  In that space is our power to choose.”

By becoming more self-aware and actively working to clear obstacles from our path, we open the door to true freedom. This journey isn’t always easy, but it is profoundly rewarding.

Feel free to explore my website and see if something resonates with you. If you’d like to connect, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re interested in one-on-one work or joining a course, I’m here to help you create a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Be kind to yourself.

Poems about Life, Hope and Inspiration

Throughout the year,  I will put up  different poems, which speaks about living life fully, becoming free of the past and being the beautiful amazing powerful person you were born to be.

In Our Deepest Fear, from her book Return to Love, Marianne Williamson explores the fear that hinders us from realizing our full potential. The poem reveals that our greatest fear is not about our inadequacy but about our immense power. By confronting this fear, we unlock our true capabilities and embrace the journey of taking responsibility for our lives and reaching our highest potential.

May you become the beautiful person you were born to be.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking, so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
